2025 STALL HOLDER APPLICATIONS

Thank you for your interest in taking part as a stallholder at Spennymoor Gala. We are looking forward to a brilliant day that is fun and safe for all. However, due to insurance criteria, we have identified below some points that must be adhered to and further information which you may find helpful before and during the event.

Safety Information

The Spennymoor Galas Safety Manager will ensure that all entries are safe and reach a minimum standard. The committee have the right to refuse entry into Jubilee Park and can ask you to leave if instructions here are not followed. All stall holders must always adhere to the instructions of site staff.

• Access to the site will be allowed from 9:00AM to 10:30AM through the vehicle entrance off Carr Lane (DL16 6JJ). Please do not arrive any earlier as you will not be permitted to enter the site.
• You will be required to remain on-site until 4:30PM.
• No vehicle movements are permitted between 10:30AM and 4:30PM. If you arrive late, you will not be permitted access.
• Only one vehicle permitted to enter the site for each stall and will be required to remain parked behind your stall for the duration.
• All vehicles to adhere to use hazard lights whilst moving on site and adhere to a 5-mph maximum speed limit.
• All vendors must always adhere to the instructions of site staff.
• Your organisation is responsible for ensuring the safe provision of products and should act in accordance with your legal requirements, insurance policy and risk assessments.
• Gazebos are allowed and will be checked by our Safety Officer, and please ensure these are secure with guy ropes and or ground pegs.
• No food and beverage commercial trailers
• No alcohol permitted on site. This includes Tobolas.
• No dogs allowed on site

This Years Theme is BOOGIE WONDERLAND – Fancy Dress Encouraged!

Get ready to groove to help us celebrate 70 years of the Spennymoor Gala! Join us on Saturday 5^th July for a dazzling day of fun, music, and community spirit – with a funky twist!. Boogie Wonderland is all about disco vibes, glitter, and good times – so grab your best fancy dress and bring the sparkle to help us celebrate this milestone year.

2025 Pitch Fees

Standard Pitch £25.00 (20 available) - As part of the fee you will be provided with 1 x table and 1 x chair and space for 1 vehicle. These will be arranged in designated areas and you will be allocated your pitch upon arrival.

Charity Pitch £10.00 (7 available) - As part of the fee you will be provided with 1 x table and 1 x chair and space for 1 vehicle. These will be arranged in designated areas and you will be allocated your pitch upon arrival.

Premium Sponsor/Large Company Pitch £150.00 (6 available) - As part of the fee you will be provided with 1 x table and 1 x chair and space for up to 2 x vehicles. These will be arranged in a larger space and you will be allocated your pitch upon arrival. You will be recognised as an event support sponsor with acknowledgement on our website and social media.

Your application does not confirm your space at the event. If selected, you will be notified by a member of the Committee and required to make payment prior to the event.

I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE that before making this entry, I have carefully read the guide rules above, and that I make this entry in accordance with them. I agree in all respects to comply with and be bound by these Guidelines. I indemnify the Spennymoor Gala in respect of any claim that may arise from our attendance. I understand that the Organisers of the Gala have no liability to me for any accident, injury, damage, illness, disease or other loss occurring to me or my property. I understand that I shall be responsible to the Spennymoor Gala Committee for losses suffered by them to the extent that it arises from or is contributed to, in any way, by any act, neglect or omission by me or any person for whom I am responsible. I also understand that the Spennymoor Gala reserves the right to close or cancel any entry for whatever reason. *
